Vann Graves has been in the business for over 20 years, most of it spent within renowned New York advertising agencies.

Vann began his career at BBDO where
he worked creating global advertising for brands such as GE and Visa, as well as U.S. work for AT&T, Gillette, M&Ms, Motorola and Snickers. Later, he became an EVP, Global Executive Creative Director at McCann Worldgroup where he led many of the agency’s key accounts, including Lockheed Martin, U.S. Army, Kohl’s, American Airlines and Cigna. 

KEVIN TUGMAN

CCO

Kevin is our odd Southern duck, a designer with a MBA, who has spent two decades engaging people through creative strategy and design solutions. He has done work for Fortune 100 companies, startups, universities, healthcare institutions, financial services, aerospace, and the military. His broad background has also meant he's spent time in roles ranging from designer to account manager to strategist to Chief Creative Officer. 

In being a creative leader, Kevin enjoys pulling new ideas from fertile minds, mentoring, guiding teams to better solutions, pushing for more exuberant thoughts, and honing the importance of quality work. That’s what Kevin does well, he pushes beyond the normal with a passion for meaningful creativity and branding.

KATE
LAMB

MANAGING DIRECTOR + STRATEGIST

Kate manages the day to day functions at FL+G. She makes sure clients' needs are heard and addressed and that nothing slips through the cracks. 

She also spearheads strategic thinking for our clients. She listens, researches, gathers insights, synthesizes, and concludes. Being so closely tied to clients from the very beginning helps her to establish a strong foundation. From here, she can pull sound insights and develop a strong base upon which the creative team can build effective work.

Prior to FL+G, Kate got her start in advertising at McCann New York where she experienced big agency life on Madison Avenue. She then used her business savvy in support of franchisees for PostNet, a print and ship brand, consulting with franchisees on how to build their businesses. She loves working with business owners to develop individualized strategic growth plans using creative marketing tactics. 

CAROLINE NICHOLS

CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER

Caroline is our token millennial, acting as FL+G’s Content Marketing Manager, bringing us her eye for artistic design and her pen for compelling storytelling. She can spin any topic into an interesting blog piece, Instagram post, infographic, etc... 

Caroline draws from her experience with startups, universities, and NGOs to create innovative and captivating content for FL+G and our clients. Her diverse background allows her to tackle problems and solutions from several points of view, giving her a competitive advantage in the realm of adapting content to various client needs. Caroline excels in engaging and retaining audiences through the execution of interesting and relatable content. 

 

 

 

 

BRIAN ROGERS

COO

Brian is an idea guy who takes action and executes with accuracy and precision.  Serving FL+G as the Chief Operating Officer, Brian wears many hats. His primary responsibility, however, is to search for and find dreamers that need their vision brought to life so that they can accomplish their business goals. Some people refer to this process as business development, however, Brian is a former educator who has a passion for solving problems, teaching and helping people. Working at FL+G allows Brian the opportunity to help others succeed, just as he did as a Teacher.

Brian will also assist Managing Director & Lead Strategist Kate Lamb in Strategy and planning.  Brian is well traveled and with that comes a wealth of experience in variety of settings. Prior to FL+G Brian spent time as consultative Software Sales Executive specializing in member management software, Internet Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

Anthony MazZuca

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS + SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

Anthony has spent nearly a decade working within the sports and entertainment industry, playing an integral role in the branding and development of the VIACOM owned Bellator MMA as well as leading the digital content department for the Major League Baseball Advanced Media company. Creating engaging press materials, working with the media, and generating product interest are all areas where Anthony thrives.

An expert at developing audience interest and engagement through feature stories that dig into an individual's or brand's story, Anthony's experience runs across public relations, consumer marketing, digital, social, production, and talent teams.

As Director of Communications and Social Media Strategy, Anthony and his team are responsible for taking our clients to the next level in media, social, and digital outreach.
