Vann Graves has been in the business
for over 20 years, most of it spent within renowned New York advertising agencies.

Vann began his career at BBDO where
he worked creating global advertising for brands such as GE and Visa, as well as U.S. work for AT&T, Gillette, M&Ms, Motorola and Snickers. Later, he became an EVP, Global Executive Creative Director at McCann Worldgroup where he led many of the agency’s key accounts, including Lockheed Martin, U.S. Army, Kohl’s, American Airlines and Cigna. 




With the soul of a Californian but the zip
code of a New Yorker, FL+G design lead takes shapes and colors pretty seriously. Allison strives to empower brand stories and connect with people deliberately by focusing in on the most succinct way to visually capture a brand’s personality.
Having worked with a range of globally
positioned agencies, the collaboration
process on projects big and small has
honed a particular passion for defining the voice of start-ups and ambitious brands. Allison works to elevate a brand's look and feel, and change the world for the better, one logo at a time.



Kate manages the day to day functions at FL+G. She makes sure clients' needs are heard and addressed and that nothing slips through the cracks. 

She also spearheads strategic thinking for our clients. She listens, researches, gathers insights, synthesizes, and concludes. Being so closely tied to clients from the very beginning helps her to establish a strong foundation. From here, she can pull sound insights and develop a strong base upon which the creative team can build effective work.

Prior to FL+G, Kate used her business savvy in support of franchisees for PostNet, a print and ship brand. While there, she consulted with franchisees on how to build their businesses and worked with owners to develop individualized strategic growth plans focused on profitability initiatives
and marketing programs.



Born and raised in New York, Joe touched down in Boston to cut his teeth at Mullen and then found himself back in the Big Apple working at McCann after a few years.

Now with FL+G, Joe is an old school creative in a young(ish) guy's body. He's the kind of creative that excels in all aspects of the game. He possesses the intangibles you can’t teach — a great work ethic, downfield vision and the instincts to make smart decisions. Be it conceptual, executional, or in the pursuit of new business, Joe's work is always fueled by passion. Here are some of the projects he's worked on.







Kevin is our odd Southern duck, a designer with a MBA, who has spent two decades engaging people through creative strategy and design solutions. He has done work for Fortune 100 companies, startups, universities, healthcare institutions, financial services, aerospace, and the military. His broad background has also meant he's spent time in roles ranging from designer to account manager to strategist to Chief Creative Officer. 

In being a creative leader, Kevin enjoys pulling new ideas from fertile minds, mentoring, guiding teams to better solutions, pushing for more exuberant thoughts, and honing the importance of quality work. That’s what Kevin does well, he pushes beyond the normal with a passion for meaningful creativity and branding.

Matt English


Matt is the newest addition to the FL+G team. He is responsible for communicating the value of FL+G’s experience and for showcasing the capabilities that offer the right solutions to future business partners’ marketing struggles.  Matt is passionate about helping others grow their business and he's great at making connections and finding opportunities to make this happen.

Passionate too about sports, Matt loves creating a team environment and challenging his teammates to reach a common goal. Whether those teammates be the FL+G team or the clients we serve, for Matt, success is defined by helping others succeed.
